This program will equip you with concepts, tools and techniques to be prepared for the transition to leadership roles in the rapidly changing and increasingly challenging healthcare system.
This three-day program is a collaboration between the University of Sydney Faculty of Medicine and Health and Business School, bringing together a group of subject matter experts in leadership with extensive experience in a wide range of healthcare organisations and other industries.

Our flexible online program is designed to help allied health placement educators enhance their teaching skills through a series of 8 self-paced modules. These modules can be completed at your convenience, followed by an interdisciplinary Zoom workshop where you can apply the concepts learned in a collaborative setting. You may choose to complete one or all of the modules, depending on your specific needs and available time. Each module requires a total of 2.5 hours to complete, including the 1-hour Zoom workshop.
