A unique educational experience for Emerging Health Leaders with opportunities to network with colleagues and to hear from international experts about their personal experiences leading in clinical settings.

This program will equip you with concepts, tools and techniques to be prepared for the transition to leadership roles in the rapidly changing and increasingly challenging healthcare system.

This three-day program is a collaboration between the University of Sydney Faculty of Medicine and Health and Business School, bringing together a group of subject matter experts in leadership with extensive experience in a wide range of healthcare organisations and other industries.

Christoper Milross Associate Professor Christopher Milross is Director of Mission at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and was previously the Director of Radiation Oncology and Medical Services. He was also previously the head of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Sydney Cancer Centre at RPA. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Sydney and is also a member of the board of directors of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) and the Trans-Tasman Radiation Oncology Group (TROG) Chris has also been the dean of the faculty of Radiation Oncology for RANZCR during 2009-2012 and more recently has become President of RANZCR for 2014-2016. Chris’ clinical focus is in the disciplines of head and neck oncology and gynaecological oncology. His research activity includes an interest in basic and translation sciences, cancer support and communication and health services planning. Read More	True
Clinton Free Clinton Free is a Professor in the Discipline of Accounting, Governance and Regulation at the University of Sydney Business School.He researches and teaches in the areas of white-collar crime, corporate governance and leadership, and management accounting and auditing. He has been awarded a large number of competitive research grants including an Australian Research Council (ARC) Future Fellowship, an ARC Linkage Grant and a major grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council in Canada. Clinton has consulted to a variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors and has been involved with executive education for almost two decades. He has also won several teaching awards for teaching both undergraduate and post-graduate courses. He holds Commerce and Law degrees from UNSW and a doctorate from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Read More	False
