Dr Thora Chai is a clinical endocrinologist, lecturer at the University of Sydney, and Staff Specialist at Campbelltown Hospital. She has expertise in diabetes, metabolic disease and endocrine disorders, with interests in gestational diabetes and the intersection of fatty liver disease and metabolic health. Dr Chai completed her PhD at the University of Sydney, focusing on the relationship between fatty liver disease and gestational diabetes, and is actively involved in postgraduate teaching in metabolic health. Combining her research background with clinical experience, she is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care and practical education for clinicians.
